Where We Ship

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands

If you'd like us to ship to your country and we don't yet, email us at support@afterafterstudio.com — we're expanding based on customer demand.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no exclusions, no "first order only" tricks.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you'd like your order faster.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • UK Mainland: 4-8 business days
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: 4–8 business days
  • Northern Ireland: 4–9 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners. Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or public holidays. We'll update you if we expect any delay.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is tracking as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and your local delivery office
  2. Wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive)
  3. Contact us at support@afterafterstudio.com with your order number

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipping to Ireland, Channel Islands, or other destinations outside the UK mainland, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We will declare the actual value of goods on customs forms and cannot mark packages as "gift" or under-declare value.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as your renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal charge, giving you time to skip, pause, or cancel that shipment.
